I took this while I waited for the bus into town. Had an appointment at the mammography and it was a quick one... 5 minutes/patient, I was told. But, it's good to have it done. Afterwards I chatted for a short while with two ladies giving information about breast cancer. I got a clever little thing with me home, to hang in the shower to remind me to check once a month. It also has wholes almost punched out for every month, so you can remove the 'inside' of the hole when you've done a check. 
In the afternoon I made a veggie casserole to have for lunch this week. It's very tasty. :)
