Hometime selfie

A jam-packed day and I'm looking forward to bed. Danny headed off to Belfast this morning. He and Stephen are going to the 24-7 Prayer global gathering, back Sunday night. It's a big week in school life and I've also got someone staying (arriving tonight, not here yet at 10,15) so there was lots of prep to do... Took us an hour to walk home as Nate was flagging. In the pic is Romina, Asha's best mate from school.
Asha and I spent the afternoon prepping for 2 workshops we've been asked to do at school - a jewellery one and a bookmarks one. Plus they've asked her to sell some earrings to raise money, so she had to make a load today.
We popped to Caña Club for a little bit then home for our monthly prayer support zoom. Wonderful to see everyone's faces! And then finally had to write an update for someone who's doing a charity event for 24-7 Ibiza. Plus have a very upset friend on the phone who's had his scooter stolen...it's his way of getting to and from his hidden tent out in the sticks. Poor guy. He spent hours at the police station, apparently several people came in to report stolen scooters, so it sounds like there's a little gang out there...
Now to wait for Cally and hopefully fall into bed soon!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Danny arriving in Belfast safely.
2) Getting to the end of what felt like a really long day.
3) A video-chat with my Dad this evening, post zoom.
