Halloween Colors

It is not secret that I adore the multi-colored flags used throughout Mexico as decorations. The papel picado streamers have been a frequent subject. These Halloween versions were being put up across the pedestrian pathway as I rode through town this morning. These ones are made of plastic, so should last longer than the paper versions normally used.
