Herald the Day…..

The early light in the east was rather lovely this morning. Maisie and I walked…. She ran….. Fast…. Downstream towards the town centre. A busy day. Using my big desk-top computer doing a final sort-out of photos for the slideshow to be used at Keith’s Memorial Service to be held next Wednesday. Family members have contributed to the photo collection. Thank you family!
This afternoon, the highlight for today was attending the first District Council Meeting of the new term. It was great seeing friends being sworn in. We have an amazing new Mayor…. A very talented woman. She is only the second Woman Mayor for Marlborough. (Shhhhh….. I was the first…. Elected in 1995….).
