An over coffee catch up with my line manager.

She moved to Maldon when she was offered the job about 4 years ago but has recently moved back to live in the place she came from which she calls home.

It felt like she was not invested in her job and i certainly don't feel supported or motivated by my own.

I am now limping (literally) toward a holiday, intent on resetting when I return.
