The emperor

With the warmer weather we have been having the last few days, the garden has come alive with damsels and dragons.  I spotted this Australian Emperor having a siesta this afternoon on the purple salvia and it was still there some hours later.

There was a little gardening done today before Maggy and I went out for lunch.  A bit of play date for Maggy as well.  She had a lot of fun with an 18 month goldie.

Tomorrow our drum teacher is doing a drum circle at Speers Point park.  You can guess where I am heading.
