One of his most famous paintings is of almond blossoms.
Such a wonderful day in London with my dear friend Annie. We met at Shoreditch High Street and had a coffee at Grind truck . We headed into the Mulberry shop, as she is a great fan and were given a glass of champagne which went straight to my head!
Had a fabulous vegan lunch at Bubala before heading to the van Gogh interactive exhibition. So well done, although in a weirdly dodgy building with very uneven floors. And it wasn’t the champagne! We lay in deckchairs in this huge room at the end for 35 mins watching the walls change with all his pictures, with music and quotes spoken. It was absolutely stunning and I could’ve stayed there much longer. Afterwards, a wander round Spitalfields market topped off with tea and cake before heading back to my daughters flat, and Annie back to Chichester. It’s strange being in her flat while they are away but very grateful for the mini break.
The ‘Covid’ family in Spain are getting better and thank you for your wishes and prayers.
