A new day.

I spent most of today crying.

It was just crying - no anger, just a release of emotion.

We had to drive back to London today. Leaving my poor mum on her own. It seems so much to leave her alone, but I know it was we have to do.

We stopped at Cliveden on the way home. It was a beautiful day and the property is stunning.

There were lots of daffodils everywhere - Dad everywhere.

I love how the kids say 'look! There's Grandad!'
