Rhus and rooftops

A call from the estate agent first thing - two ladies, a mother and daughter, would like to view the flat at short notice. Another 90 minutes spent feverishly cleaning and tidying before they arrived! How interested they are in buying the property is anybody's guess.

Went down through this lane on my walk this afternoon. Love the colour of the rooftops and the red leaves on the tree.
