A wet and, at times, windy day. The decorator was here in the morning to finish the painting and I went to Grasmere for an hour.

I’ve enjoyed an afternoon on the sofa with a fleece blanket over me, my iPad, the tv remote, two mugs of tea and some chocolates that I bought for halloween which the children didn’t knock for.
