View from the bus stop

Had a walk round the reservoir this morning before the rain started in earnest.
Off to the cinema this afternoon. The bus took much longer than normal due to flooding on Great Western Road, drove through a huge amount of water.
My daughter and I went to The Grosvenor Picture Theatre to see ‘The Banshees of Insherin’, set in 1923 on a remote island off the coast of Ireland. It is described as a tragicomedy and does have some humour but it was very sad too, well acted by Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleason and beautifully shot.
My blip is of a lovely tenement block across Highburgh Road from the bus stop. A longer than normal journey home, due to the flooding and roadworks.
