Bonfire Night

There were plenty of fireworks that I could watch from inside my house and therefore stayed dry. Unfortunately for all those families and children there has been a steady drizzle tonight. But I always trake a trip down memory lane on bonfire night remembering my father spinning a lit Catherine wheel and setting off those little jumping jacks which I don't think you can buy any more! We had Parkin and treacle toffee but all I had tonight was a cup of tea!! But I still enjoy watching fireworks from my bedroom window.
