Feeling sick

Slept reasonably well and did a little work, but then started feeling a little dizzy and nauseous. I am not sure what has done it – except maybe for a surfeit of alcohol and rich food – but it might be my glasses. I’ve had vestibular neuronitis before, which is horrible, so am keeping fingers and toes crossed that it isn’t that.

Felt better enough to go and have an aperitif at La Tabla Belga, but that was pretty much the limit of my excesses.
