(309) -23 Degrees

Having family round for dinner tonight. Beef goulash has been in the slow cooker since yesterday evening so I just have the dessert to finish off now. The egg custard was made last night then chilled in the fridge before churning/freezing in the ice cream maker today. The leftover egg whites from the ice cream custard were used to make, what turned out to be, the world's stickiest meringues.
