Fika....English style

Today's theme for Mono Monday, set by November's host, Heanku is Fika, a new word for me.  My image is English style because  I have used a single  teacup and a slice of cake rather than a cinnamon bun, although the bun is not, of course, obligatory.  I gather that it is a social but spontaneous  event as well.  Follow my link to learn more.
