Upside down reflection with floating fallen leaves... taken on this evening's run. Went a bit earlier so I could go along the canal.

Seem to have lost loads of fitness over the last few weeks and struggling to get it back. Hoping it's just a coincidence that it seems to be since I had my Covid booster. Feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen all the time recently and feel very lethargic. Or perhaps it's a bit of SAD creeping in.
