Progress

There it is, gone! The old conservatory has been taken apart, most of it will go to the Dunraven recycling plant. One of the reasons we went with Dunraven, based in South Wales, is that all of the work is done 'in-house'. They have their own workers for all stages of the job, their own building and installation teams, manufacturing and recycling etc. The two doing the building work so far have been brilliant, and very neat. Minimal mess to the grass lawn etc. You can see they are installing the new flashing in readiness for the new conservatory roof. It's been a huge amount of work, the picture doesn't show the half of it.
The plywood boards have been protecting our dining room and surrounding it is plasterboard and plaster, which will be removed. It will all be freshly plastered when the next team complete the installation of the conservatory. They will begin on Monday, the current team should be finished their work tomorrow.
Can't wait for it to be finished, but 'Patience is a virtue' I was always told as a young lad, didn't like it then either! HAHAHAHAHAHA
