Diaspora

Having been scattered across the city for the past five months, the diaspora of The World Reimagined globes have gathered in front of the Town Hall, perhaps to bring the exhibition to a conclusion.  They make an impressive display.

Later, I headed to football at Guiseley, with Ashton United being tonight’s Northern Premier League opponents. A penalty and a direct free kick saw Ashton take a tow goal lead into the break. Guiseley had a better second half, and got one goal back, but couldn’t find an equaliser. Early season promise seems to have evaporated at Nethermoor Park.
