Success!

With the help of Jane, Alyson and Pam...we managed to get the antennae up!!!  What a difference it made having Jane guide us as it went up!!  Terry is very happy.

On a very sad note, a very well loved member of our community passed away late last night!  Almost 2 weeks ago George  had a fall at work and then 2 days later suffered a massive seizure.  He was airlifted to Halifax and put on life support.   The prognosis wasn't good, and he was put on life support.   His wife, Cora-Lee was with him during the next week as they gathered his family.   George passed away peacefully late last night with his family gathered around him.

To say this is a devastating blow to our little community is an understatement!  George was not only an amazing chef but an incredible artist, he truly was a One of a Kind.   His zest for life was palpable.... not many folks around town were untouched by his humour, his downright craziness....and his wonderful Liverpudlian accent.   I am heart broken that this wonderful man is gone, and it is still very unreal.

Once again it is brought right up close and personal...life is very fragile - be present to each and every moment, tell those you love how much you love them, often!!!
