Emptiness

Started the day with morning prayer following Lectio 365 for remembrance. I had a great discussion about life groups with my friend Jo came round while I was working. Ages since I saw her and it was so good to catch up. This evening a couple of friends are coming round to go through some baptism preparation. It’s a joy that one of them was in my alpha life group and is getting baptised on Sunday. Had a quick scoot around the walls. Although BPG is closed at this time of night to had to come through the cloisters before they shut them.
Friday night food preparation is home-made veggie burger and chips , with a couple of beers thrown in.
