I'll call that kitsch

This is one of the windows of a shop called Brassica Mercantile in Beaminster.  The other window is filled with "splatterware" crockery, priced at quite a level.  Inside the shop most of the items for sale seem to me to be over-priced so for the life of me I cannot fathom the reason for having this rather odd window display.

Oh well.  In other news, I have started two accounts on Mastodon, aiming to remove myself from Twitter.  It's a very interesting social platform online, composed of many separate servers and run without advertisements.  It feels much friendlier . . .
