Strava Day 530. Reading, mindful breakfast and indoor yoga done.

Featured photo is just two mobile shots combined via Snapseed's double exposure tool. Originally aimed to walk at least three miles this morning but discovered that I have leg cramps, just glad to make it back home before it rained.

Grateful always for family, nature, food and space. Title is just a play on "Wednesday." It is Wednesday morning here and according to a Timehop memory from last year, sometimes it is not about the miles, it (any type of movement) is most often therapy. Love and light.
