Yum!

Mr S gave me this pan for Christmas and I've only now gotten around to using it. Look at how cute the cornbread is! Individual little triangles with nice crunchy crusts, oh my. We'd made a soup earlier and this was the perfect accompaniment.

A day of gardening, mostly weeding the rose bed. The sour grass (oxalis) is growing crazy from the rain we had recently. It's a losing battle, but very satisfying to tidy up, even if it only lasts for a little while. And, yes, I'm tired.
