Blickling Hall

I was up for dawn again, that's five days on the trot! I went off to Burnham Overy Staithe. There was a bank of cloud above the horizon so dawn wasn't dramatic with just a little bit of pink among the blue.

Later on we went out to Blickling Hall which was the first stately home to be gifted to the National Trust. The current house is Jacobean and was built on the foundations on the house where Anne Boleyn was born. It looks a bit like a mini-Hampton Court.

It's the Wide on Wednesday challenge (hosted today by steveng - thanks Steven). The theme is 'Organic/unstructured' so I've chosen a view through the delightfully organic autumn leaves to one of the turrets of the hall.
