Into the office for a first aid course today.  Still feeling pretty good at the mo, so had a decent amount of energy.  I enjoyed the course and was very glad to refresh everything I've learned previously.  Was also pleasantly surprised by how much I still remembered.

It was lovely to catch up with my colleagues, too.  We finished the course early - about 3pm - and I stayed for quite a while chatting to a few people - and was still home by about 5:30pm.  Knackered now though!
