The empire strikes back!!

I have been having an ongoing saga with a friend who makes the most amazing empire biscuits.

She put today in her diary as the day she was making me some and this is the result!! Yum yum yum!! Thank you MD!!! I just sat in her kitchen aching after cutting the grass and tidying the garden...... almost too tired to string a sentence together....and waited for the end result. Well worth the wait!! What a good friend. I took some home and tried not to tell anyone they were there but it backfired because L found the shots of them on my camera.....our sins will find us out!!!!

I had just managed to cut the grass again before the rain....yes rain.....set in.
