Mum

This plant will always remind me of my mum.

One of the last memories I have of her was holding its 'twin'

Looking back it's hard to comprehend that this was one of the last times I would see her alive.

My dad wasn't such a good plantsman and the twin perished soon after. With a little bit of guidance he has done remarkably well at keeping many of her houseplants alive.

I may split mine and gift him one.
