Cooking day

Decided to make walnut bread and Persian Love Cake today. It’s been quite busy but the kitchen smells wonderful. Hopefully they turn out ok (first time of making both).

It’s taken me a while to get all the ingredients I need but now I have enough to make these a few more times.

My brother has today arrived in Uruguay where he’s working on the formula E extreme. Sounds like it’s in the middle of nowhere! I’m hoping to catch some of it on ITV 4.
