Jacqui’s Birthday party

Our friend Jacqui invited us to her joint birthday celebration with Martin. It was held at the Crooklands Hotel, which turned out to be a very nice venue.
The food was really very good, and plentiful to the extent that I couldn’t manage the dessert!
There was a great collection of guests, mostly from Rob’s time at work and that I knew too.
Jacqui certainly had a lovely time especially as we gave her a lift so she could imbibe freely!
