Fy lle myfyrdod yn babell yn yr ardd.  Heddiw roedd rhaid i ni ei symud i wneud lle i'r gweithwyr a fydd yn adnewyddu'r tŷ o yfory ymlaen. Pan roeddwn i'n symud y babell, roeddwn i'n synnu i ffeindio broga oedd yn byw o dan y matiau rwber o dan y babell. Rydw i'n meddwl ei fod wedi synnu cymaint â mi. Mae e wedi neidio i ffwrdd nawr, ond rydw i'n gobeithio y bydd e'n dychwelyd pan fydd y gwaith wedi ei wneud.

My meditation place is a tent in the garden. Today we had to move it to make space for the workers who will be renovating the house from tomorrow. When I was moving the tent, I was surprised to find a frog living under the rubber mats under the tent. I think he was as surprised as I was. He has now hopped off, but I hope he will return when the work is done.
