Another lovely day

A lovely breakfast with my daughter & A at their studio. Then we had a lovely walk in the sunshine (without rain jackets!) to this plant shop and then TKMax. After a good browse and some purchases (including annual Italian pandoro), we headed out of the store only to find it had turned dark and was pouring it down!!!! We ran to the new vegan coffee shop for lunch and arrived quite damp! Our beetroot burgers and tempeh wraps were delicious. Thankfully it stopped for our walk home via the canal (see extra). 
Tonight we are having homemade spinach and ricotta cannelloni.
