The ford Mungrisdale Common.

Today Clickychick had a couple of folk for a course.  As has become habit since "The Mate" became "The late Mate" I went along as chauffeur, "gofer" and general dog's body.

Even in the depths of summer, the ford had water running, enough to practice techniques, and the car can be parked close by.  So as the weather was cold and forecast to rain we opted for a quick trip to this reliable spot.

The blip is a general shot of the ford taken from where we find best for shooting the moving water.
