JAGUAR KITTEN

Many Blippers liked my Nov. 12th Blip of a jaguar residing in the zoo in Milwaukee...many positive comments were made and I thank all of you who responded.

Here's the same jaguar as a kitten back in January of 2015....yes, that means this is a Back Blip.  His name is Zean and lying behind him is his father Pat (mother Stella was elsewhere out of frame).

Pat arrived at the zoo from Belize where he was a cattle killer.  The cattle owners wanted him gone, as he was used to easy kills, so either he was captured and transported or killed.  We're glad he wound up in Milwaukee where he and his genetic variation were able to produce Zean and his brother B'alam, who is now living in San Antonio with his new girlfriend from Arizona.
