Canapés for friends

Shayna, Paula and her daughter Issy stepped in just when I needed a bit of company. 

We have a neighbour's get together quite often, when I provide one of my latest culinary creations and they provide wine, nibbles and good company.

My canapés have a base of toasted bread topped with a mixture of prawn and cured trout in a chipotle mayonnaise. The garnishes are lemon flesh (pith removed) and celery leaf. They didn't take much prep luckily as I am struggling after the last lot of biopsies.

A much needed relaxing get together :-)
