Replacement

Usually I'm moaning about Project Managers, mostly when they aren't meeting my, admittedly high, expectations. Today one of the really good ones left my team, and the business, for more exciting (and a promotion) opportunities with one of the big consultancies. Not only is he a good PM but he's a genuinely nice guy too and I will miss his honesty and company as well as his PM skills.

His replacement is also good.
