A guided walk at low tide, across an expansive reef, foraging for edible sea weeds and rock pool dwellers. It was cold, windy, wet… but so interesting. The guide, Kazz, was fun and very knowledgeable. He forages for fine dining restaurants on the island. Here he is, cooking up some Limpets with a samphire garnish!
The hot chocolate in a warm cafe on the way home went down very well!
