Busy with Covid and work

We called Healthline first thing and spoke to a helpful person, who then transferred us to the people you actually report a positive test to.  The second person was very pragmatic and said that, given we’d probably had symptoms since last weekend, despite thinking it was a “normal” cold, basically our isolation period was over.  However, she did ask us to exercise caution and stay at home.  If we did need to go out she asked that we wear a mask and practise social distancing.  That seemed very reasonable to us, so that is what we’re going to do.

There was more washing to be done and also my usual Monday work, so it was quite a busy day.  We popped out to collect a supply of RAT tests that the second person had ordered for us and also to buy coffee and milk, but Mr MacD stayed in the car and I double-masked and kept my distance.

We’re feeling quite good, albeit a little tired, so won’t be doing anything much for the next few days.

It’s an emergency blip today - the boxes of RAT tests and our test result; one for Mr MacD and two for me (I tested again this morning).
