Snoozing.

Stopped by the pond this morning. Beautiful sunny morning. The ducks having a snooze, always with one eye open, enjoying the sunshine. Really showed off those bright iridescent green feathers.
Thinking it would be a fine day I put two lots of washing out. Wrong! By lunch time it was beginning to get foggy and by two o’clock it was thick. Just picked it in and I’m sure it is wetter than when I pegged it out.
Now getting dark and it isn’t yet 4pm.
