Chutney?

Who knows. The instructions said to simmer for 1 hour at which point it will be think and chunky. This is the situation after 3 hours.  Please see my blip of 21st November which showed my green tomato challenge. So here is the next step about which I have absolutely no confidence! And even less confidence that once bottled (does one bottle chutney?) anyone will actually eat it. Time will tell
