A self-seeded viola …..

….. growing at the foot of a neighbour’s planter.
These violas grow very easily here and my neighbour was happy to leave this one to do its own thing. So pretty!

We had yoga this morning, and I’m aching tonight! It didn’t seem to be challenging at the time but I’m feeling aches now. Maybe a good sleep will fix it! I did lift a heavy bag of garden mix into the car later - maybe that did it.
