Avoid this!

Just finished this book and it wasn't very good. Lots of typos or spelling mistakes and bad grammar, e.g. "being jilting at the alter" - 2 errors in one phrase!
Also incorrect Greek words (the wrong word for good morning) and other  discrepancies. For instance, they are on a yacht miles from any land and a squall occurs so the two of them are wrestling to keep the yacht from keeling over when the boom or sail (not sure re terms) smacks her in her pregnant abdomen and she goes below deck due to pain. Yacht is coming out of the squall now but nevertheless, is still sailing when he goes below deck (nobody up on deck now) to check on her and delivers the premature baby. Give me strength! I could perhaps live with the errors if it was a good story but it's not. I won't be reading any more of the Sophie Sagas. Don't waste your life reading these.
Terry's brother Kevin's funeral went well apart from a couple of glitches. One of Terry's nieces has been ill a couple of days and forgot to order sandwiches for after the funeral (there was plenty of Cottams' Hotpot though), the organist was off sick so we had recorded hymns, the priest needed winding up - he seemed to just sit there and relax for long periods in between things, the heating was off in the church - it was colder in the church than outside and we could see our breath in there! Kevin would have found it all amusing.
