Catch Up

Another foggy day that was as bad as it was on Monday, didn't lend itself to doing much outdoors which didn't matter as it was a day of catching up with an old friend, Gary.

A very good friend from our service days together, it was good to show him our new home and chat over coffee, before early afternoon walking to the local pub for lunch. Although we keep in touch by phone it's been a good couple of years, not helped by COVID, since we last met.

The extra is one of Gary I took before he did a selfie of the two of us together.

We've agreed next visit he'll bring his wife and stay the night so the four of us can have a relaxing evening.
