Taking It All In

Maybe it’s silly trying to teach a two year to drive the tractor. But he does seem to be a willing learner.

They have now gone home and we are doing something else that could be thought silly. It definitely would have been a couple of years ago - minding the other grandchildren despite Elizabeth testing Covid positive the last few days. She isn’t sick but half the school are +ve and she mainly decided to test because of a double period of her least favourite subject coming up!
However we are taking some precautions. Had an outside BBQ and are now ensconced in a different part of the house. The rest of the family have repeatedly tested negative and are carrying on with normal activities. It’s good to see life seems to be returning to a sensible normal.

So I’ve barely met the criteria for Silly Saturday, but still thinking of Admirer.
