Above Ashness

After the subtle mist of yesterday, todays tree (It is national tree week) was taken above Ashness Bridge overlooking Derwentwater. Late afternoon sunlight gave the most stunning contrast and warm light on the trees, whilst the Lake (and Bassenthwaite Lake beyond) remained in cool colours.
