Christmas Cake day

I've been soaking the fruit for the cake in brandy for a few days, and as today was wet and pretty horrible, I thought it a good day to do the cake. It took a little longer than usual, as I decided to play with different angles for each photo! However, after 4 hours gentle cooking at 140 degrees, it came out looking pretty good.
