Nero Moment

Decided after a busy morning doing house stuff to walk into town for a Nero Moment, sitting upstairs in the comfy chairs at the window with our books with a mince pie and a nice coffee.

On the way home popped into a new shop that opened on Saturday on the Old High Street, opened by Zoe , the partner of my friend Claire, who used to be the manager of Nero back in 2015, and was one of Breagha’s biggest fans, in fact we got friendly because of Breagha and she always had a treat waiting for her whenever we went in. It got to be that we couldn’t pass Nero without Breagha making a lunge to go in the front door. Clair then moved to Glasgow managing a shop in Queen Street. We missed her in Perth! But now she’s back with them opening this lovely shop in Perth. We have arranged to meet for a coffee soon.

Another shop has opened in Scott Street, a fabric, wool and craft shop and need to explore that next.

Good striding walk uphill home, lovely roast salmon tea and then finished off a film we started last night.
