Red skies at night...

Walked Fletch up to the Sea wall and up to 'the triangle' First time for a couple of months. A sign hes fitter.
Then up to Ulverstin to drop M off at the dentist. Fletch and I then carried on to Lindale to collect his 'brain' tablets which seem to be working wonders. 
We had time for a peaceful stroll round the village  before driving back to Ulverston. It was busy somthere was a bit of a walk from the carpark to the dentist. 

We stopped off at M& S .
As we came out I realised wed missed most of what was a spectacular sunset . Quick snap with the phone
