Woodbury Castle

It was a frosty start to the day and I headed to Woodbury Castle, the site of an Iron Age Fort.  Although the frost was rapidly melting in the sun this small pond within the fort was still covered in ice.  After a quick walk around the area I headed back home for a late breakfast.

This afternoon was a quick shuffle around various local shops for last minute gifts that need to be posted since Monday is the last day for second class post.  This was followed by sourdough making and Christmas card writing.  Slowly getting there.
