All in vein

Just south of Lennox Head, on the walking track to Boulder Beach, is a small patch of coastal rainforest. Where this morning I photographed leaves of a Macaranga tree. Wikipedia says it is easily recognised for the round veiny leaves. Since moving to this area I'm slowly learning the names of local plants. This was one of the first I learned, mainly because the leaves are so distinctive.
