Kranzplatzfest

As with all the Straßenfeste (street festivals), we popped along and enjoyed a glass of Sekt in the sunshine. It was very quiet when we were there but it will get busier and louder as the day goes by. Oh and one of the stalls was doing Schnitzel in a roll/Brötchen - I could imagine after a few beers, schnitzel in a bun might be quite possibly the Best Thing In The World to eat.

Other news is I have to pack. I'm off to Kiel tomorrow for a Konferenz that starts on Monday. This is very exciting as I get to see the sea again and there is a mini Blipmeet in the offing. The downside is I'm going by train and the ICE has never been punctual when I travelled with it. Still, the journey counts as flextime. :-)
